Kevin J Keil
Based in Omaha, NE, I have been working in the graphic design and print industry for over 20 years. I am currently teaching at a local college and freelancing as both a designer and an illustrator. My desire is to focus more on my illustration, which is my true passion, and make a living solely as an illustrator. I enjoy creating fantasy and erotic art, but I have developed a wide range of skills and styles in both the digital and traditional methods to make myself as marketable as possible. While nothing can replace a pencil and paper, I particularly enjoy working in Photoshop with my Wacom tablet. I also enjoy photography, and by incorporating that into the illustrations I have been able to explore new and exciting creative freedom.

In kindergarten, the class was asked what we wanted to do when we grew up, and my answer was simple...

"Draw monsters and naked ladies."

Ah, the dreams of youth.

As an artist working in the midwest it has been difficult, nigh impossible, to fulfill this childhood dream. None-the-less, I have been able to make a decent living as a graphic designer who occasionally illustrates for the past thirty-some odd years, and life has been good.

One thing though, I still like to draw monsters and naked ladies.

So, that's what I'm going to do.
